CHD Posters

We encourage Warriors and Teams to make your posters and take photos of your team with them.  

We would love to see them so please post your photos to social media and tag the CHD Coalition!

You can use any size poster paper that you wish. Include the person's name, CHD diagnosis, a short story about your family's CHD journey, date of birth, pictures, etc. If you have any questions, please email info@chdcoalition.org and we will send you samples.
